Thule's Passive Lock Strap provides added security by locking your bicycle rack to your vehicle. Two steel cables enclosed in nylon form a strong durable strap that won’t scratch your vehicle, bike or carrier. A round puck installs securely in trunk or hatch, preventing rack removal.

Provides clearance for spare tires, barn doors, and tailgates when using a hitch bike carrier. - Two-position extension, 7" and 9", clears spare tires and allows for use of platform and hanging hitch carriers - 250 lbs weight limit carrying capacity - Provides a 2.25" drop for improved tailgate/rear door clearance - Bolt fixation to vehicle - Accommodates hitch rack bike carriers with a 2" stinger (Not for towed use)
